All of them have obviously conspired to commit vehicle theft and have crossed state lines. They are guilty of a crime and should be prosecuted. Texas was the wrong place for such criminals to go.
They were told to evac. The people found a way to evac. The mayor didn'to ffer a way. I think good on them for figuring it out, they put an unused bus to work. What makes them criminal for wanting to get out of that cesspool that is NO right now? They need to be treated as refugees needing our help. THESE ARE OUR FELLOW COUNTRYMEN people.
