I wonder how many actual looters and thugs are in there. Are we seeing a couple of hundred or a thousand or eighty six?
I think they are talking more than 80... they are described as bands of roaming gangs with AK47's who have been methodically working their way around the city... even comandeered a mail truck for their raids.
Sounds like more rather than less. CNN reported part of the problem inside the SD was that rival gangs were squaring off. Not good and I doubt gang activity is limited to inside.
