There is a woman, Paula, on WWL from Saint Bernard parish begging for any help. Food, water, the whole parish is under water.
This is just so incredibly frustrating. These poor folks.
Saint Bernard usually only floods on the lower end, and they have been able to help each other in the past. They are begging for help.
Understand totally and tears are running down my cheeks.
The thing is you cant eat welding rods and immediately $hit I beams.
Takes time and a lot of truly dedicated people to make a difference.
