He talks big... Then flinches at the last minute over and over again!!! He'll wait till the last second and then flinch about running for another term leaving the CAGOP very high and very dry!!!
He's flinched on over 90% of his supposed promises, especially if you weight them accourding to their magnitude!!! He's the biggest FLINCHINATOR in the universe! Isn't that "fantastic?"
