Warned of what ? You seem to think I have a problem with his actions. I don't, so these so-called warnings mean nothing.
For example, IF he is able to follow through on his objective to promote the use of Hydrogen cars - someone will make a lot of money from it - or else it will not be done.

The Sierra Nevada Conservancy has power to control land use, usurping (questionable) local authority to a State agency and you have no problem with it. It is capable of socializing 65% of the water in this State, thus eventually forcing urban water users to pay for treated water requiring vast amounts of energy, which is why the Natural Resources Defense Council, the supposedly "green" group of oil and gas investors responsible for Arnold's environmental plan, is all for it, as they are for his incredibly wasteful hydrogen highway and solar roof programs.
I get it, you LOVE political corruption. Then Arnold is your man.
