Regular went up 28 Cents a gallon over night to $3.26 a gallon and I live in EUREKA CALIFORNIA. What the hell is going on????

Oh boy....so many facts are bogglin' the mind. SOMETIME, and SOMEWHERE today, I either heard or read of a web page you can go to, to report a station that's gouging.

Dang...I wish I could remember what it was...
