Governors and mayors must take responsibilty
FIRST & FOREMOST!
In NO & LA, they have no plans and haven't
done anything to get water to the people.
They should have gotten this organized by
now. All they did was cry to the prez. He
immediately ordered funding to them.
MS & AL (& their leaders) are fairing much
better than LA.
So why is it surprising? I don't get it...it's PC at it's best...
