With all due respect to you and (my personal hero) Ronald Reagan, we don't know HOW Reagan would have reacted to this. No president has ever faced this kind of catastrophe.
My hope is Reagan, too, would have known the best "comfort" right now is a strong plan of action.
Hugs and kisses can wait until the electricity is back on.
