Instructed his cabinet to work closely with State and Local officials to see that they help, not hinder, in the efforts. Recovery expected to take years.

First priority is to save lives. Govt. assisting locals to evacuate people asap and is thanking Texas for lending a hand.

ty, star fan, for both of your posts....I just got home...did get to hear the end of his presser.....starting at the 3rd objective, re infrastructure....with your info, I've got a good idea about what he said....and you're probably right, he probably did give the liberals heartburn. :)
