I guess what I'm getting at is they should have planned for this in the frist place. This has been a cluster-you-know-what from the get go. I want to know who is in charge of this fiasco, top to bottom. There is no excuse for this in this country. NONE! It's almost embarassing.

The only embarassment I see is the omniscient wonders like yourself who cast criticism from your living rooms, STUPIDLY asserting that there has been no plan. Yeah, gee, if only I could model your definition of calm. < / sarcasm >
