I dont want to sound mean and unappreciative of some Russians who genuinely want to help, but I mean that country wouldnt even EXIST if we didnt bail them out, and yet the STILL stab us in the back on major strategic foreign policy. $200 Billion for 2 measly cargoplanes and arming Iran.
