>Denuded of state sponsorship, the theological foundations of religious-Zionist doctrine have been undermined ... Instead of repressing their enthusiasm, [!] it can be beneficially channeled

Secular people
constantly project their own
trivial nature

onto passionate,
religious people. They think
faith can just be used

the way secular
desires and interests can be
manipulated

by politics and
the social equivalents
of advertising.

But religious faith
won't be manipulated
For better and worse.
