I think some of the refineries down there are still idle, aren't they? Although they probably don't all refine gasoline. Which makes me wonder what they're going to do with the crude from the SPR.

Which makes me wonder what they're going to do with the crude from the SPR. Just a guess - heating oil? It is the end of August and winter is on its way. This is about the time they start stocking up every year.
