After seeing what I have seen in regards to the destruction wreaked, totals in the hundreds would be a miracle, and absolute miracle. Not to the people involved in those casualty numbers, certainly, but IMO no way are casualties numbers are going to stay that low.
Beware of how MSM reports, 24 hrs ago they were all slapping themselves on the back saying NOLA "dodged a bullet" now we see they didn't , and the so-called bullet they dodged, hit So Miss square. Hurricane coverage is horrible. I always want to throw up when they say a hurricane has "weakened". It gives the wrong impression.

As the time the MSM was saying that NO "dodged a bullet," NO dodged a bullet.
But the after-effects of the Katrina, including the levys breaking, caused the bullet to circle back. But NO was spared a direct hit, which would have cause much hugher casaulties.

I was praying for that miracle, but it doesn't look good. they say Biloxi is destroyed. They can't even get into some neighborhoods yet. 100 deaths in Harrison County alone. :(
They say on Fox the numbers are predicted to soar. They are concentrating on search and rescue not the recovery yet. I pray it is not into the 1000+.
My prayers. This is horrifying.
