To: Mind-numbed Robot

My source was an interview on FOX with a Cotps engineer. The reporter intimated the levees were their responsibility, and the officer VEHEMENTLY dispelled that notion. He named the responsible entity, but I don't remember it's name.

The situation in NO may be different, but I am very familiar with the levees in Monroe, LA as I was involved in the investigation of a flood wall collapse up there.

The responsible entity in Monroe is the Tensas Basin Levee Board (their telephone # seems to be in my permanent memory bank.)

This appears to be the corresponding entity in NO:
