I believe DJ meant that there's so much debris on the beaches that the bodies there would NOT be in plain sight (they are covered by the debris).

Yikes! Ok. I'll explain in simple language. They are all mixed together....debris and bodies, on the beaches. You wouldn't see some of the bodies until you were on top of them. If you've looked at pics, some areas of beaches look like huge garbage dumps.
