News film crews have already come across gangs of looters. I saw it the nightly news tonight.

Saw footage of a large group wheeling stuff out of the back door of a abondoned target store. Appeared to be a lot of electronics gear.

They all ducked to hide their faces when the news truck rolled by with cameras rolling, and then ran back into the store when they saw there was no cops or army around.

How do the looters think they are going to escape with their loot, long term. They can't get out of the flooded city on their own. The Guard will likely clear all the nonessential people from the city as one of their first tasks. The looters won't have a chance against them. The only crooks left in NO will be the politicians! The MSM may even have to pretend to cheer for the Guard during this task. Of course they won't be pretending when the National Lawyers Guild sues the Guard over it later...
