Far colder and wetter conditions than normal also prevailed in eastern and south eastern part of the US. 100 year rains for June in Wilmington, Delaware and New York City.

The more you look, the more our "crazy weather" the last few years does have a pattern, but what is crazy is that it is a POLITICAL one!
