In my judgment, the relationship between the two countries cannot be considered "bilateral" because Mexico unilaterally imposes its unemployed and criminals on its neighbor, something that I said constitutes "a lack of respect."

I am forwarding your insulting and disrespectful remarks to Fabian Nunez who will in turn forward them to Mexico so President Fox can be suitably OUTRAGED by them.
