If Chavez wants to send us supplies to help the recovery from Katrina, I say that's fine.

And if he wants to play Benevolent Provider to the poor and destitute, I say he can keep 'em.

After all, Jesse Jackson said it's a utopia down there, so everybody should be happy when we ship 'em all down there, right?
