Does anyone know anything about another storm brewing near Africa? I guess I could look it up myself but wondered if it had been mentioned on this VERY fast thread.
Semi relevant comment: Bombay, India, went through much the same thing recently, although the water does eventually drain. My wife's sister's family lost their house, all their possessions (no insurance), and were given about $90 by the government to start over. They literally had only the clothes on their backs. We think we have found someone who can help them.
