Gulfport, MS: CNN reports that a man wearing a "DEA" shirt carrying an M-16 went into an office building. Building is now surrounded by police. I really hope they come out carrying a looter in a body bag. God help me, I really do hope that.

CNN just reported that the building in Gulfport, MS is a bank. LA emergency management presser on now. Official says water in New Orleans is receding (good news) by a half-inch an hour.
