suspend the gas tax for 60 days or until these refineries are up to 75% capacity. Also, suspend dep concerns over various types of gas over the same time period.
Either of those, especially the latter, make enormous sense. Let's eee if President Bush is man enough to try to push back at the environuts now. If not now, it never will.
