We currently have offers of aid from Vladimir Purin, Hugo Chavez (Venezuala) and Iran, posibly others I have not seen. Iran said "America rebuilt Bam, Iran will rebuild New Orleans."

Things are going by pretty quickly here, but I'm pretty sure the Iran quote was sarcasm by some poster. Iran didn't really say that(?).
