Does anyone here know the safe/dry route out of N.O. My friend is near hwy.90 and belle chase... i was hoping that hwy.90 west to Houma is workable...

Sorry, I'm not in Houma anymore (Tx).....I did read that evacuee's could RETURN to Terrebonne Parish (Houma) using 90.......but have seen no info re: condition of 90 south to NO.

Maybe someone could check with Sheriff's in Houma ??? Since NO cops unreachable.
