Well, if you have the budget for new fuel every few months, great.

What about putting new fuel in the generators, and then every month pumping it out and feeding it to other facilities that will use it immediately? Or does that become logistically impractical?

Well, most of us do rotate the older, treated fuel through car or truck engines (works fine), and replace it with new treated fuel in the generator tanks.
