Looks like the worst case scenario for New Orleans is indeed happening. The health hazards and other dangers will make the city untenable for weeks.
The Governor was asked about the water, and then she said, "It's just water" but went on to mention that all the cars are submerged. Well, duh, I guess she doesn't see the oil slicks on the water everytime they zoom in on a submerged car.
Seems to me they should be warning people to stay out of that water, if at all possible.
