Anita tells the truth...there was one road to Crescent City that was open......although you might have to get wet to get to the onramp.
As best I can gather, I-10 W is passable. That's it.
Other than Shep Smith and Brian Williams, what idiot is looking for a road into NO?
I appreciate that a road in can also lead into a road out.
The only passable road I've heard of is I-10 west of NO.
