I have been stumped by that for years also. It defies any reason and logic that I ever knew existed, but its as true as can be.
Man I know where you are coming from and I agree, but we have to weed our own garden and put an end to the covert and overt anti Jewish Anti Israel BS coming from our own corner of the political spectrum. I keep hearing folks post in agreement here on FR the same baloney coming from Pat Buchanan and other's who refer to every one else as neo-cons or Bush-bots that are in support of the president and the war in Iraq. It is fine to think it was a mistake to go to war, but we are there now and it is time to circle the wagons. There is more than enough opposition coming from the left to deal with. Countering our own meat heads is entirely a different problem. It is the small percentage of those folks who keep tarnishing the rest of the conservatives in this country as Racist and xenophobes. Many of the points they attempt to make are heart felt and I believe them to be patriots of the highest order, however they sound ugly and cynical about most everything. There are more than enough global conspiracy sites to communicate that message on the web we need to get rid of it here. I consider them just slightly above the DU dummies that lurk and attempt to post hear.
