No major U.S. politician has spoken of making American-based Islamists unwelcome. Who will be the first?

And exactly what will it take for that to happen? A subway bombing? A brutal assassination of a politician? American tourists torn to shreds in some other country? That's what it took for British, Australian and Dutch politicos to speak out (although it remains to be seen if their words lead to any significant actions).

"Islamic schools" (Madrassahs) in Lodi and elsewhere in the U.S. are teaching jihad to 5-year-olds, and all we hear on the subject is the sound of crickets chirping in DC.

How can we expect moslems to change, if we allow them to remain the in the same 7th century minset under Operation Iraqi Freedom?

In Japan in 1945, we IMPOSED on the fanatical militaristic suicidal Japanese - a real democratic constitution. Why not, for moslems, the same treatment?
