Unless after teh heavy rainfalls and flooding, the pool isn't as chlorinated.
But I'd lay odds on it still being chlorinated.

If these are the same dolphins (from the N.O. Zoo) Neal Boortz was speaking of this morning, the pool water had been changed and treated with chemicals/salt water before the dolphins were added.

They don't have gills, they breathe air like whales do. So they have to surface when they want to breathe.
