chuckling about the beans on toast. I am a BEAN LOVER & did try some (yummy).. would prolly LIKE to know your recipe. I just put a swipe of vegetarian beans (yeah, I am a boring vegetarian) on toast.. it was good.
When I make a "big breakfast" for group.. I do both cheese & cinnamon bread or bagels.. broiled & always a hit with the omelette's
