Disaster Services has nothing to do with the blood side of the Red Cross. TWO different groups totally.
You already have your facts wrong.
It will be the Red Cross over the upcoming weeks that will be taking care of most of these people. That is just the bottom line fact. Whether you like the organization or not...they are still going to be the ones to get the job done.
Only where local/state/Federal governments underwrite them with no-bid grants and/or blanket "emergency operations" permits and partnerships.
That needs to change.
But hey, keep up the good work!
I understand a few more Italian NGO "hostages" must be freed, and if a few more terrorists are cured from their wounds to fight and kill again, well, certainly the Red Cross bears no burden for future acts of destruction by their illegal charitable beneficiaries.
After all, its all for a good cause...and we are all human beings...and its the Red Cross!
