My brother in law's brother JUST got through on the phone. I'm not sure if it was by cell or land line, but either way it could just be that the phone is not working yet.
We know how you feel. The waiting is SO hard.
We're trying both cell and landline. Our friend in Northern Alabama just called us. Her mother lives in Biloxi and evaced to Memorial Hospital. She got a very weak signal but no real news there.
