To: Leapfrog

OMG, this is unbelievable. For the people left stranded in their homes without power it's about to get worse. The temps are going to go up into the high 90's (100 here on Wednesday, supposedly). And that's before the heat index. Then there are so many without homes or homes that are uninhabitable; where on earth do you put so many displaced people? Not to mention the diseases all that stagnant water is going to start producing. The horrors of this storm are far from over.

Yep..it's about to get unbearable. This is what we went through last summer in Florida. Amazing how fast ice becomes a luxury item.

A year later and I still FEEL grateful when I turn the faucet on and water comes out..a light switch..a fan..
