TD 13 is having no luck getting together. There is a new wave behind it that looks pretty good, but they are both at least 7-12 days away, and most of the Atlantic is not conducive for strengthening storms. The short term threats will remain the 'home grown' storm, that pops in the Caribbean or GOM....
Yeah, I was looking at the wave behind 13, but it is quite a long way off.
