video report from Mayor Nagil - it is grim. The hospitals are in bad shape too, with too many people to evac.

OMG- I'm listening to the replay now. This is completely beyond our ability to grasp...bridges down..80% of NO flooded...oil leaking from a ship..it goes on and on..
