I don't know. Pieces of the roof breaking off and now this. I would NOT want to be cooped up with 15 thousand agitated people. Maybe it won't flood, but how do you feed everyone and maintain order in that space for days?
I hope all those people in the hotels that went to the French Quarter tonight got back in.....geez...imagine being swamped on Day 2
