VP of TU Med Ctr just reported on CNN that 17th st canal levee breach is 2 blocks long and water is rising at a rapid pace on Canal--"white caps" on Canal--Planning to evacuate hospital if water rises to second floor generators!

ON CNN, 17th street levee breech is 2 block long and the "water is rising so fast" I can't even explain it...this is in LAKEVIEW. Water is rising about 1 inch about every 5 minutes...running towards Canal Street side....Charity Hospital is CURRENTLY being evacuating....writing as the audio is coming in.....IMMEDIATELY...please confirm...air evacuation
