THIS IS VERY BAD NEWS!!! - The lake levee cannot handle the pressure. Something like this happened in 1993 on a large island that is part of Illinois that sits just like the NO bowl - The levee's broke and the whole island bowl flooded. The island had been evacuated early but farm animals had to be rescued.
