As the storm move up into the Ohio Valley and beyond, all the rain it dumps even in an area like Northwestern PA will eventually come back down past New Orleans (from the Allegheny to the Ohio to the Mississippi). Though, the drought in the upper Missouri River drainage area might balance that a bit.
