It's possible... with such a high water table
there, caskets and bodies have been known to
float rise up to the surface before in the
New Oleans area..that's why there are so many
above ground crypts in their graveyards...
and so many stories about people rising from
the dead that are in the LA folklore.
But i doubt it. These poor souls probably drowned
this morning.
