WTF! They should have spent the $186 million dollars they spent on the big losing Saints on fixing the levees and making decent evacuation shelters. Katherine Blanco was all ready to raise taxes in NO to raise money to renegotiate the freaking deal, too. They can raise taxes for a freaking losing football team and to hell with the poor people that are having to ride out this storm in the crappy football team stadium.
