I learned a Poem in my first data processing class, well, to long ago:
I really hate this dumb machine,

Pet Peeve:
I really hate it when people say, "It was a computer error." Computers are not, and should not be decision makers. Therefore you cannot remove responsibility by assigning them the responsible position, What a cop out.
