The Red Cross is taking care of THOUSANDS of people right now. As always they are in need of volunteers and donations.
The Red Cross lied about the donations they collected "for 9/11 victims". They were spending much of it on their "general purposes" until Congress ordered them to use all the money they had collected by appealing for help for 9/11 victims, directly to those victims. That was the last time I'll ever give to the Red Cross. There are plenty of honest charities out there.
