Yes, she said it was still really windy...I saw on here that someone posted water up to the 2nd floor of the Beau Rivage Casino...if that is the case than the entire Penn. of Biloxi is under water.
Haley Barbour gave out that info at a press conference (about some of the casinos being flooded to the second floor.)
He also was very broken up. In response to the question, "What is your worst fear?" He said, "I'm afraid we're going to find a lot of dead people when we get back into the flooded areas."
