Reporter is stuck on an overpass and reports water topping U-Haul delivery trucks on the roadways. Also reports whitecaps in the streets and lapping onto houses. Let's hope the Lake Ponchartrain levees hold, as we are reaching a critical point with water being forced south by severe north winds at this point.
