Looks like a feeder band is starting to move into NO from the south, with westerly winds. Probably "only" Cat 1 strength. Cat 1 killed 9 people in Florida who didn't take Cat 1 winds seriously. And this feeder band has a lot of debris to work with - and will be hitting it at 90 degrees from the last major winds - so debris piled in the lee of the last strong winds will now be exposed.
Did it ever occur to you jus why this site might be called free republic???????
