So is he saying that Bourbon Street is under over 15 feet of water???

There would be, I would think, if that French Quarter levee had busted as we heard reported. Seems there is a breech along the river in the "9th Ward." Don't recall where that is but it could be further down the river outside of New Orleans itself. Someone else can help me here. The area where flooding is possble from the lake is actually in Metaire and I believe Kenner, so that could be causing some confusion. That area is very low and they could be getting clobbered from the lake breech AND the river.

CNN was reporting live from the French quarter and there obviously was no levee-related flooding; just some water due to the rain.
