That radar picture does make it look like the worst is past. However it appears to show northerly winds on the lake. Soon to be westerlies, though.
I think NO is going to be really wrecked. But not destroyed I am hopeful.
CNN has said that the radar in NO is out. They have said that the radar images on the south west are not accurate.
